Index

Purpose

The Other Actions item offers features that complement the operation of the Microsiga Protheus system, such as the creation of reports, calculator, data traceability and help.

Updates

In this Menu option, the resources are found on the main page of each routine and/or in actions Add, Edit and View.

Description:

Calculator

Access options  AddEdit and View to use this calculator and perform basic functions, such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, etc.

Spool

Find this feature in options AddEdit and View and use it to print the information registered in the routine.

Print Register

This resource is available in options Add and View to print the information registered in the routine; however, it also offers alternatives to select the viewing type, such as: File, Spool, Worksheet, E-mail, HTML, PDF and ODF.

WalkThru

This resource is available in options Edit and View. It enables the tracing of information, easily identifying its source or target. Thus, you can intuitively navigate and view all relationships and integrations between environments.

Mashups

This resource is available in options  AddEdit and View. It grants access to the content you seek and then add it to the Microsiga Protheus® routine. To do searches and updates, you need to provide the information requested and pre-configured by the Administrator in the Configurator environment; thus, the other data are automatically added, formulating a record both complete and up-to-date in accordance with the online content. The available query types are, for example:

  • Central Bank – Currency Quotes.
  • Postal Service – ZIP Code Searches.
  • Google – Internet Searches.
  • Google – Translation.
  • Federal Revenue Service – CNPJ Queries.
  • SUFRAMA – Supplier Status Queries.

HelpThis resource is available in options AddEdit and View. It presents the online help of the routine.
HTML Form

Use this option to access the drives available to save documents with .html extension.

ECM Form

Use this option to access the drives available to save documents with the .xslt extension.

Reports

In this Menu option, find the resources on the main page of each routine in item Other Actions.

Description

Business Management

Use this feature to create a filter that takes Business Management criteria into account. Sequentially, select the following options:

Companies desired and click Next.

Units desired and click Next.

Branches desired and click Next.

Customize

Use this feature to customize the contract information, choosing criteria that define the height of the row, the spacing between columns, margins, starting number of page and font.

Configure

Use this feature to adjust the order of the information viewable in the report. The sequential definition is handled through the arrows (up and/or down).
