01. OVERVIEW

The PO x Invoice Lead Time Card displays the mean Lead Time in days of Purchase Order servicing through Incoming Invoices. Among the evaluated Purchase Orders, the Orders still being Serviced though already Finalized are also taken into account.

02. EXAMPLE OF USE


Practical example of the process using Protheus

To add a new PO x Invoice Lead Time Card:

1) Click the menu Manage Cards.

2) Click Add.

3) Fill out the fields in the following sequence:

a) Card Type: Purchase Order x Incoming Invoice Lead Time.

b) Status: Enabled.

c) Title: Enter a title for the Card.

d) Display Filters:  Yes.

e) First Information: Lead Time.

f) Second Information: Orders Being Serviced.

g) Third Information: Finalized Orders.

h) Fourth Information: Total of Orders.

i) Filter: You can filter Card data, such as, for example: Order, Order Quantity, Incoming Invoice, etc.

j) Card Help: Use this feature to enter a help description for the card.

k) Click Save to finish the operation.



To Edit a Card:

1) Click the menu Manage Cards.

2) select the card PR x PO.

3) Edit any data you want.

4) Click Save to finish the operation.


When you click the card Details button, a list is displayed with the items comprising the totalizer of finalized requests.

The tool will always load a list with a gap every 10 items.

Example:


1) Click the menu Manage Cards.

2) select the card PO x Invoice.

3) Click Filter.

4) Select the item Order.

5) In field Value, enter the request desired.

4) Click Save to finish the operation.


1) Click the menu Manage Cards.

2) select the card PO x Invoice.

3) Click Filter.

4) Select the item Order Qty.

5) In field Value, enter the quantity desired.

4) Click Save to finish the operation.


1) Click the menu Manage Cards.

2) select the card PO x Invoice.

3) Click Filter.

4) Select the item Invoice Entry.

5) In field Value, enter the desired entry date.

4) Click Save to finish the operation.
