Registering Explanatory Notes in Routine Management View - CTBA161P

01. OVERVIEW

Use this routine to register explanatory notes in a given management view account. To offer this feature, we created the parameter MV_NEVISAO.

Important

This feature is available form version 12.1.31 for MCASP project reports only.

Parameter MV_NEVISAO must contain the logical value .T. .

Access the routine Management View (CTBA161).

Press F12 and change the parameter 'Display Mode' to 'Tree'.

Select the managerial view in which you want to add an Explanatory Note.
Click the Explanatory Notes icon highlighted below.

Click Add

Select the branch in which the managerial view is registered

Enter the code, the calendar, date of note and its description. Then click Confirm.

Important

You cannot register more than one explanatory note in the same year for the same account.

If this happens, the system displays the following message:
