Description: There was an error in the extraction due to the invalid date identification. (invalid Date Time)The error message is in the extraction log on folder ‘\Datasul\BI\Packages’. ‘System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. at System.DateTime.ParseExact(String s, String[] formats, IFormatProvider provider, DateTimeStyles style)”
Solution: To correct this information and continue with the ‘Extraction’ task execution, the user must identify what is the record by showing mismatch on ERP. This checking can be done as follows (e.g.: if it is extraction of Financial area):
· Edit the log where the above error was presented (\Datasul\BI\Packages\Package name corresponding to extração.packages.log);
· On this file, find the description “COMMAND FAILED BETWEEN LINE”, because it will inform the file line generated on the “Spool” folder, where the mismatch is. For example: if the description “COMMAND FAILED BETWEEN LINE 10 and 20” is shown, the hint is to open the file corresponding to cube where the error appeared, in Excel, click on Data menu, Filter, Auto Filter and, after this, find line 20, because it should contain an invalid date in the date column; · Then, take note of the entity code and correct it on ERP;· After the correction, execute again the Data Extraction.
