Speaking of archiving and unarchiving pages...
In the TOTVS Fluig Platform, we can build pages, edit them, and also archive them. Pages can sometimes become outdated, and it becomes necessary to archive them. But it is also possible to unarchive them if necessary. Below, you can follow the steps to perform this action from the platform.
Archive page
01. In the main menu, select Control Panel, then check the Customization container and click My pages.
02. Find the page to be archived, click the more options icon and then click Archive.
03. In the displayed message, click Archive to finish the action, or Cancel to not finish the action.
When you archive a page, it will be displayed in the Archived section on the page list screen.
Unarchive page
01. In the list of pages in the Archived section, locate the page that you wish to unarchive.
02. Click the more options icon on the page and then click Unarchive.
03. A message confirming the action will be displayed; click Unarchive to finish the action or Cancel to not finish the action.
When you unarchive a page, it will be displayed in the same place it was previously, according to its status. That is, if the page that was archived was published, when you unarchive it, it will appear in the Published section again.
If you need to unarchive a page that has linked subpages, you must first unlink them from the main page, as a message will be displayed indicating that it cannot be unarchived. In this case, click Unlink and unarchive page. As such, the main page becomes available again, and the pages that were linked are unlinked, also becoming available again.
