Speaking of folder...
Folders are used to organize for organizing the structure of learning catalogs of subjects and classes and trainings and tracks.It is possible to include new folders inside each folder, links, subjects - in the catalog of subjects and classes – and training courses and tracks - in the catalog of training and trackslearning structure in the training and tracks catalog.
Inside each folder, you can add new folders, links training courses and tracks as long as you have permission to perform such actions.
Basic path
01. In the tab General information After clicking New, Folder where to create the folder, enter the requested required information in the General information tab.

03. Define Define whether the folder should inherit the permissions of from the parent folder.

04. Under permissions, press Add to set the access permissions to the folder, if desired.
05. Add the user name, user group, class or subject to which permissions will be defined.
06. In the displayed list, select the user, user group, class or discipline to which you wish to assign permissions.
07. In the level table, select the option that determines the permission level that will be assign to the selected item.

08. Press Add.

It is possible to add more than one item. When you are finished, close the window to continue the inclusion of the folder. To change the permissions of an item, select it and press Edit. To remove permissions for an item, select it and press Remove. |
09. Press Restrictions.
10. Press Add to include folder access restrictions, if desired.
11. Enter the user name, user group, class or subject to which you wish to assign restrictions.
12. In the displayed list, select the user name, user group, class or discipline to which you wish to assign restrictions.
13. In the level table, select the option that determines the level of restriction that will be assigned to the selected item.

14. Press Add.

03. Press Remove.
04. In the message displayed, press Yes to confirm the deletion of the folder or No to quit the action, if desired.
Copy folder
01. In the catalog, access the location where the folder is through the structure in the left table.
02. In the listing presented in the table on the right, select the folder to be copied.

Move folder

Create subject in the folder

Create a training course in the folder

04. Em Permissões, acionar Adicionar para definir as permissões de acesso à pasta, se desejado.
05. Na janela exibida, localizar e selecionar o usuário, o grupo de usuários, a turma ou a disciplina para a qual se deseja atribuir permissão.

Para editar a permissão de um item inserido, basta selecionar a nova opção que será atribuída a ele na coluna Nível. Para remover um item inserido, basta acionar o ícone Remover – localizado na linha correspondente ao item e ao lado direito da coluna Nível. |
08. Se desejado, em Restrições acionar Adicionar para definir restrições de acesso à pasta.
09. Na janela exibida, localizar e selecionar o usuário, o grupo de usuários, a turma ou a disciplina para a qual se deseja atribuir restrição.

12. Acionar Salvar para confirmar a criação da pasta; ou Cancelar para desistir da ação, se desejado.

01. No catálogo, acessar o local onde a pasta se encontra.
02. Acionar o ícone Editar, localizado ao lado direito do nome da pasta.
03. Alterar as informações desejadas. Detalhes sobre os campos exibidos podem ser obtidos no caminho básico.
04. Acionar Salvar; ou Cancelar para descartar as alterações, se desejado.
Copiar pasta

01. No catálogo, acessar o local onde a pasta se encontra.
02. Acionar o ícone Copiar, localizado ao lado direito do nome da pasta.
03. Na janela exibida, inserir o nome do local para o qual a pasta será copiada no campo Buscar.
04. Na listagem exibida, selecionar o local para o qual a pasta será copiada.
05. Acionar Copiar.

Mover pasta

01. No catálogo, acessar o local onde a pasta se encontra.
02. Acionar o ícone Mover, localizado ao lado direito do nome da pasta.
03. Na janela exibida, inserir o nome do local para o qual a pasta será movida no campo Buscar.
04. Na listagem exibida, selecionar o local para o qual a pasta será movida.
05. Acionar Mover.

Remover pasta

02. Acionar o ícone Remover, localizado ao lado direito do nome da pasta.
03. Na mensagem exibida, acionar Sim para confirmar a exclusão da pasta; ou Não para desistir da ação, se desejado.
Localizar item da pasta

Essa busca, por ser contextual, permite apenas filtrar os itens que existem dentro de uma pasta. Ela não considera os subitens, ou seja, itens que estejam dentro de suas pastas filhas. |
01. No catálogo, acessar a pasta onde se deseja encontrar um item.
02. Inserir o nome do item desejado no campo Buscar, localizado no canto superior direito.
03. Visualizar o resultado da busca realizada.
Criar trilha na pasta

Available options are:
Inherit permissions
When it is selected, the permissions and restrictions assigned to the folder will be the same as the parent folder. Even when the folder inherits the permissions, you can define other permissions or restrictions specific to the folder in addition to those already inherited.
Not inherit permissions
When it is selected, the permissions and restrictions of the parent folder are not assigned to the folder.
Use default
When it is selected, it considers what was set in the option “Inherit tracks and training permissions automatically” from Tracks and training settings in the Control Panel.
