When confirming the addition of the document Firm Delivery Authorization or when the document becomes FIRM through routines Estimated Ops, Estimated Aes and Generate Ae Per Contr., the purchase order message is automatically sent to TOTVS Collaboration. As the firm delivery authorization document has the same weight the purchase order document, the criterion of sending the order message instead of delivery scheduled message was adopted. Moreover, the sent message status is to be updated as PC – purchase order, so the message is not sent through routine Delivery Schedule.

Estimated Delivery Authorization Addition

When adding the document Estimated Delivery Authorization or when it is type ESTIMATED and automatically generated by routine production order, the document is made available to be sent to TOTVS Collaboration. In order to send document, you must use routine Delivery Schedule.
