This feature allows you to print copies of documents that are controlled, preventing that the content be copied or changed in an unauthorized manner. A log is stored for each controlled copy printed, allowing for proper traceability and control over printed items.

01.. Find and select the document that you wish to print.
02. After After clicking on the option Print controlled copy, found under More in the action bar on the top left of the window, enter .
03. Enter the requested information in the window that opens.
