Types of Generated Records
Record type H - File Identifier
The record H is mandatory, which identifies the taxpayer. Information in this record is obtained through company register and routine questions.
Record Type N - Information on Invoices Issued and Received
The record N is mandatory, which identifies the service invoice (NFS)/temporary service receipt (RPS) declared, or identifies a statement without transaction. Information in this record is obtained through Inflow and Outflow Invoices.
Record Type I - Information on Invoice Items
The record I is mandatory, which identifies services from a certain service invoice (NFS) or temporary service receipt (RPS). Information in this record is obtained through items of Inflow and Outflow Invoices.
Record Type D - Civil Construction Statement
The record D is optional, which is exclusively used for civil construction statement. The deduction record must be only used in cities that accept the deduction of civil construction materials. This record associates invoices issued by providers that receive deductions.
Record Type F - Information on Other Revenues
The record F is optional, which is exclusively used to enter information on other revenues, different from services. The record of other revenues is only used in cities whose the legislation requires information on the company total revenue. That happens in case of inclusion in tax incentive plans.
Record Type 900 - File Totalizer
The record T is mandatory, which has the total of record values. It must be the last import file record.
