To generate the DEISS - Triunfo RS:
1. Access Tax Records module, option Miscellaneous/Magnetic Files/Normative Instructions.
2. Configure the routine parameters as follows:
Start Date?
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date ?
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the configuration file name without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter ISSTRIUN.
Target File?
Enter the name of the file where information is generated. Example: iss.txt
Target Directory?
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Example: C:\
Select Branches? (available from version 8.11)
Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. If you select No, only the current branch is considered. If you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.
3. Check parameters and confirm them.
4. After configuring the general parameters of the Normative Instructions routine, you must fill out specific DEISS information.
Taxpayer City Registration
Enter the city registration number of taxpayer company.
Accountant/Accounting CPF/CNPJ
Enter the Accountant/Accounting CPF/CNPJ of the taxpayer company.
Accounting Code
Enter the code to access DEISS system of the city of Triunfo/RS.
Statement (0 to 49)
Enter the corresponding indication: whether the statement is original/initial (zero) or complementary (1 to 49).
Invoicing Type
Enter the company category: Choose I for industry, C for trade, O for other, or N not to indicate it (though this option, the file does not have the record F).
5. Check parameters and confirm them.
