Speaking of comments...

The Comment feature is available in any post to which the user has access and works similarly to a regular post, but only allows plain text (no formatting features). You can also edit a comment by changing its content via the Edit option located on the comment actions bar. Only the user's own comments will be available for editing. All edited comments will be identified with an icon that tells you that the action was performed and there is no limit of edits per comment and you can edit the comment as many times as necessary. Placing the cursor over the icon will display the last date of edition. 



Create new comment


01. Access the wall where the post you wish to comment is located.

  • You can access the personal wall from the Social item, available on the main menu.
  • You can access the communities wall from the Communities item, available on the main menu, and then select the desired community.
  • You can access the communities of people you follow or that follow you through the Social item, from the main menu, by clicking Following or Followers (in the upper right side of the personal wall) and selecting the user whose wall you wish to view.

02. Find the post on which you wish to comment.

03. Click the Comment icon, located on the action bar of the post.

When the post belongs to a community, it requires permission to comment on it, which is defined by the administrator of the company or the community itself.

04. Enter the desired comment in the 'Leave your comment' area. If you want, you can also add emojis in comments by using the icon .

You can add links of posted videos and images, as well links from external sites to the comments. 

05. Click Comment.


Edit Comment


01. Find the post containing the comment you wish to edit.

02. Click Edit in the comment actions bar. 

03. Edit a comment and click the Post option. 

When a comment is edited, a notification will be sent to all users associated to that comment, stating that the content was changed.
