Basic Path

 

01. In the Main Menu, click Favorites.

02. Click Social Favorites.

03. Define favorites to be displayed in the “Filter by type”.

The available options are:

  • All: when selected, determines favorite communities and users that will be displayed.
  • Users: when selected, determines that only favorite users will be displayed.
  • Communities: when selected, determines that only favorite communities will be displayed.

04. View users and communities previously defined as favorites.

 

Alternative Paths

 

Remove from favorites

 

01. In the social favorites, select the community or user that will be deleted from favorites.

02. Click Delete Selected. 

It is also possible to delete a community or an user from social favorites clicking on Delete Favorites icon, represented by a star and located bellow the community or the user picture previously defined as favorite. 

 

Define Favorite Community

 

01. In the functionality, Communities, access the My communities tab or All communities.

02. Click Add Favorites, represented by a star, located below the community picture.

By clicking Add Favorites icon, the community is defined as the users’ favorite and can be viewed on the social favorites screen, from the platform main menu in Favorites > Social Favorites. 

 

Define Favorite User

 

01. Access the users’ profile that you wish to define as favorite.

02. Click Add Favorites, represented by a star, located below the user picture.

By clicking Add Favorites icon the user is defined as favorite and can be viewed on the social favorites screen, from the platform main menu in Favorites > Social Favorites. 

 

 

Speaking of Social Favorites...

From the Social Favorites area, it is possible to view the communities and users defined as favorites, which facilitates and speed up the access to the items that are used the most by the user on a daily basis.

In the screen, it is also possible to delete communities and users from the favorite list.
