Speaking of topic items..
The topics items are the content that compose the class topics and can be of the following types:
- Training or track: an item from the training and tracks catalog;
- Content: a video, PDF, Word, Excel, SCORM or any other type of file that the student can view;
- URL: a Web address;
- Evaluation: an individual test for the student to answer;
- Extracurricular activity: an activity performed individually or in groups to be delivered as a file for the teacher to grade
- Separate: an item that only the teacher can view, therefore not displayed to the students.
You can deactivate or reactivate a topic item. Upon deactivation of a topic, it will be no longer displayed in the class, even if the student has already started it.
When a topic item is deactivated or reactivated, the score of the active students, i.e., those who are still taking the subject, is recalculated. The score is recalculated whenever any change occurs in the class topic structure. The enrollments that are inactive are not affected.
Inactive topic items are not considered in the calculation of grades. However, for the enrollments that were finalized prior to inactivation, they continue to be considered.
