Speaking of sharing publication ...

Through this feature, you can share posts, articles, documents, pictures and videos available in communities or in users' wall.

Sharing posts that belong to a community requires permission, which is defined by the administrator of the company or the community itself.

To view all publications which have access – the communities participating or users who are following — is necessary to access the personal mural, through Social option in the main menu. To display only a specific community publications, it is necessary to trigger the option communities, located in the main menu, and then select the desired community. You can also preview the publications made in the wall of a specific user-followers or users who are following-through Social option, triggering Following or followers – located in the upper-right corner of personal mural – and selecting the user for which you want to view the mural.

Publications can be shared, at the same time, with:

  • the communities the user is part of;
  • specific users;
  • the followers.

You can enter a message to accompany the shared publication.

To effect the sharing, are sent a notification and a message by email to all users recipients, containing the data sharing and information that make it possible to trace the origin of the content shared.

Example: "José shared the content publication in HR Community".

Posts that belong to a hidden community can only be shared through its link.
