- Biding Code - single identifier code of the apportionment groups binding file.
- Status - defines the status of the binding file updating in relation to the generation of associated off-line apportionment files associated; it is filled out:
1 - Pending - used when the binding is created to differentiate new bindings of the pre existent ones and edited by a maintenance in the apportionment group files and/or statistics indexes file.
2 - Edited - use to edit the apportionment groups file/or the statistics indexes file, without binding.
3 - Generated - used to indicate the bindings that have off-line apportionment files generated and updated in relation to the last position of the apportionment group files and statistics index files.
4 - Locked - used to identify one or more apportionment groups used in the deleted binding file, turning this file into an invalid one. So, it is not considered in the apportionment generation process.
- Locked - indicates the binding file is locked. This field is automatically defined when updating the binding status and it reinforces the status of file 4 - Locked.
