This report issues the history (log) of changes made in the main Accounting Entities: Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, Accounting Item and Value Class.
When adding, deleting or editing information in any field of an accounting entity, the system records the history that can be issued through this report.
Procedures
To issue history of changes:
- By selecting History of Changes, routine parameters screen is displayed.
- Fill out the fields, entering the period, the entity and all occurrences.
- Check the data and confirm.
It lists all changes made in the accounting entity defined in the initial parameters.
