It aims at issuing the checking trial balance with the following data: RUC, NIT, Account, Previous Balance, Debit, Credit, Period Transaction, Current Balance, Total of the Period.
Report details:
- Column Period Transaction can be printed if you define Yes for the question Print Transaction Column.
- You can select branches. When setting the parameters, enter Yes to question Select Branches?, so, the fields to enter the interval between the branches are enabled.
Procedures
Generating Third-Party Trial Balance:
1. In the Third-Party Trial Balance report issue window, click Parameters. .
The system displays the screen to configure the parameters regarding the report.
2. Set tgen according to the need.
3. Check configurations and confirm report issue.
