This report issues the General Journal in an 80-column form. It is perfect for companies with code of ledger account of up to 20 digits/characters.
Report particularities:
- The report uses the feature Configuration of Books only to inherit accounting masks associated. There is no possibility of printing the journal with the Management View, since accounting entries are made based on the chart of accounts.
- Possibility of issuing opening and closing terms.
- Possibility of issuing the list of chart of accounts by the end of the journal.
- It is possible to select branches. On the parameter configuration screen, it is enough to answer Yes to the question Select Branches? This way, the fields are enabled to enter the interval between branches.
- It is possible to print the standard header with the field date and number related by transaction line, in case the field Print Header? is answered Yes.
The customization of reports, required by law, affects the document validity. That is why, by default, customization of these documents is blocked in Management Accounting environment. Pay attention to configuration of the parameter: MV_CTBPOFF. |
Procedures
Issuing the report Journal:
1. In the Journal report issue window, click Parameters.
A screen is displayed with parameters of the report to be configured.
2. Configure them according to field help instructions.
3. Check the configuration and confirm the report print.
