This report issues a comparison of account transactions among months. Values shown refer to accounting entries of the period requested. This report is used to follow balances of several months for a company/branch.
Report details:
- This report uses the feature Configuration of Books and can display data in different modes.
- It compares balances in 12 columns, each one representing a month.
- You can also print the report by using the accounts of the referential plan and versions associated to standard accounts plan, so you must create a referential plan and an accounting record with the fields Version and Ref Plan completed, associating them to standard plan in routine of Chart of Accounts. In the report, enter the question Records Config. Code?
Procedures
Issuing the Comparison account x 12 months:
1. In the report issue window, click Parameters.
A screen is displayed with report parameters to be configured.
2. Configure them according to field help instructions.
3. Check configurations and confirm the report print.
