This report issues a comparison of transactions of Cost Centers with Accounts among months. Values presented refer to accounting entries of the period requested. This report is used to follow balances of several months for a company/branch. It is a management report, since it presents accounts by cost center.
Report details:
- This report uses the feature Configuration of Books only for the mask.
- It compares balances in up to 12 columns, each one representing a period, according to the calendar.
- You can also print the report by using the accounts of the referential plan and versions associated to standard accounts plan, so you must create a referential plan and an accounting record with the fields Version and Ref Plan completed, associating them to standard plan in routine of Chart of Accounts. In the report, enter the question Records Config. Code?
Procedures
Issuing the report Comparison C. Center x Item x 12 Months:
1. In the report issue window, click Parameters.
A screen is displayed with report parameters to be configured.
2. Configure them according to field help instructions.
3. Check configurations and confirm the report print.
