The goal of this routine is to carry out the document type registration that will be related to the existing purchase or sale contracts of the company.
Example:
- 001 - Statement of adhesion
- 002 - Commitment statement
- 003 - Construction permit
When to use the document types
At Contract, when changing the contract status, such as from Draft to Valid, the System shows a list of needed document types for the contract and informs which items are correct, which possess at least one valid document and those which are pending.
Related routines
The registration information for the document types will be used by the following routines: Documents / Documents x Status / Contract.
Procedures
To register the document types:
1. In Document Types, select the Add
The Add screen is presented.
2. Fill in the data according to the orientation of the Help file.
3. Confirm.
