  • IRPJ Write-off in Government-owned Companies (FINA080 - SIGAFIN)

Calculates income tax during write-off for legal entities in Financials module in order to adjust it to the Normative Instruction SRF no. 480, which is concerning withholding of government-owned company IR.

Important:

For this functionality, Legal Entity Supplier must have been registered, field IRRF Calc. = 2 = IRRF Write-off and Class, field Calculate IRRF = Yes, both configured to generate IRRF during write-off.


Procedures

To write off bills:

1. In Manual Write-offs Payable, select one that has Legal Entity Supplier and a Class, configured to generate IR bill during write-off.

2. Click Write Off, and then OK.

Bill is generated with TX Type, IRF Class for Federal Government Supplier.

In case of a partial write-off, the procedure is the same. Only the value paid is changed, which must be filled out with the value of partial write-off.
