Clearance of advance bills type PA by gross value:
1. When an advance payment bill is higher than the main bill to be cleared, check information in Clearance of Bills Payable.
2. When the sum of advances adding taxes value related to this bill is smaller than the main bill to be cleared, this total is deducted from the main bill.
3. When an advance payment bill is equal to the gross value of the main bill, both advance and tax withholding are written-off, generating a Supplier Debit Note (NDF) related to the taxes paid.
