Enables the management control of analysis of customer status concerning financial and sales transactions made in a certain period. Data are displayed with details, based on Customer Register and transactions of the modules Invoicing (sales order and outflow invoice issue), Financials (pending bills, bills written off, etc.), and Call Center (Telecollection).

On the main screen, the following information is presented with values in real and dollar:

  • Due Date of Customer Credit Limit
  • Credit Limit
  • Current Balance
  • Balance of Secondary Credit Limit
  • Largest Purchase
  • Highest Balance
  • First and Last Purchase
  • Longest Delay in Payments
  • Delay Average
  • Risk Level
  • Checks Returned (Number of checks returned and date of the last return)
  • Bills Protested (Number of bills protested and date of the last protest)


Besides, customer status is also displayed regarding bills written off and pending bills, sales orders, invoicing, references, and collection history.


Tip:

  • If any information is inconsistent, you must run the Recalculate Customer/Supplier Data routine in Miscellaneous before query.
  • In the Select Branches? question, you can select the branches generated when you query the routine.



Procedures

Querying certain customer status:

1. In Customer Status, select the customer you want, and then click Query.

2. Fill out parameters and confirm them.

3. On the right of the screen, the following options are available:

Pending bills

Enables you to query customer's pending bills and bills partially written off. See more details in Options.


Bills received

Displays bills received from customers, or residual value, in case of partial write-off. See more details in Options.


Orders

Displays sales orders issued for the customer. See more details in Options.


Invoicing

Enables you to query customer status regarding invoicing. See more details in Options.


References

Displays customer references, according to data entered in Customer Register.

Collection History

Enables you to query the customer collection history. This query is useful for companies that negotiate with customers, entered through the Telecollection option in the Call Center module, enabling you to query events related to bills/customers.

Note: Contact History is filled out by the Call Center module.

4. To end the query, click Exit.
