Protheus gathers all transactions to be performed in Accounts Receivable and Payable Portfolios, displaying them in the query format, as a Cash Flow.

Cash Flow can be defined as a visual demonstration of revenues and expenses in a period of time. Through its analysis, it is possible to optimize decisions related to a company investments.

All inflow and outflow projections can be observed in the Cash Flow, that presents, through a chart, the union of Accounts Payable and Receivable, commissions paid, bills in arrears, control in five currencies, being the Real the official currency.

The routine does not act backwards in specific situations; that is, the system does not treat the base date retroactively for data presentation. It considers only the current status of an order, bill or other information to be considered when setting up a Cash Flow.

Tip:

The cash flow Variation column displays how much of your income is committed.

Example:

Inflows                                   $ 27.000,00

Outflows                                $  3.500,00

Balance of the Day      $ 23.500,00

We Get:
