Generating EDICE (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate file pre formatted to import EDICE, you must follow procedures below:

1. In 'Normative Instructions', system displays the routine description screen.

2. Click Parameters.

The parameters screen is displayed.

3. Fill out the parameters. Check out the following:

Initial Date?

Fill out interval between dates to generate several Manifests and system searches for all manifests generated in this interval.

Final Date?

Fill out interval between dates to generate several Manifests and system searches for all manifests generated in this interval.

Instr. Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name, without the ".INI" extension. For this magnetic media, enter EDICE.

Target File ?

You do not have to enter file name because it is already established.

Directory?

Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Ex.: C:\EDICE\.

Select Branches? (available from version 8.11)

Enter whether the branches to be processed will be selected. When entering No, only current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.

4. Confirm routine parameters and specific parameters of EDICE are displayed.

Name

Enter Name of Person in Charge to send file.

E-mail

Enter E-mail of Person in Charge to send file.

Number of Reference Manifest

Enter a valid number of Manifest.

Transmission Sequence Number

Enter file Transmission Sequence Number.

Phone Number

Enter phone number of Person in Charge to send file.

Enter purpose of Passe Sintegra

10-Adding/11-Connection/12-Manifest Division/13-Redispatch by other company/14-Manifest Substitute/15-Cancel of Manifest/16-Interruption in Transportation.

Generate several manifests in the same file

Inform if you want to generate several manifests in one file.

5. Check parameters and confirm them.
