Generating CAT 85 (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

For the CAT 85 to be properly generated, it is necessary to perform the following procedures:

1. In the Tax Records module, option Miscellaneous/ Magnetic File/ Normative Instructions, fill out the parameters as follows:

Start Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name, without the ".INI" extension. For this magnetic media, enter the CAT85.

Target File?

Enter the destination file name where the information is generated.

Destination Directory?

Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved.

Example: C:\

Select Branches?

Enter whether the branches to be processed will be selected. When you enter No, only the current branch is considered; when you select Yes, the system displays a screen in which you must select the branches to be considered.

2. Check parameters and confirm them.

3. After setting up the general parameters of the Normative Instruction routine, you must fill out specific information of CAT 85, through the configuration wizards.

Enter the layout available to generate the magnetic file.
