This routine enables the magnetic media generation to comply with Decree CAT 115, defining the tax documents information rendering generated by communication services renders and electrical power supply, involving the following tax documents models:

Tax documents are:

  • Invoice/Electric Power, model 6;
  • Communication Service Invoice, model 21;
  • Telecommunication Service Invoice, model 22.
  • Any other tax document referring to the communication services rendering or electric power or gas provision.


Magnetic files names are created as follows:

SSSAAMMSTT.VVV


Which are:

SSS - tax documents series;

AA - year of the tax document calculation period;

MM - month of the tax document calculation period;

ST - indicates whether the file is a regular file or a substitute file;

T - indicates the magnetic file type (M – Master, I – Item, D – Recipient or C – Control and Identification);

VVV - extension of the file generated, indicated by the number of volumes generated.


To whom it is applicable

To communication services renders and electric power providers (Models 6/1/21/22), Data Processing Electronic System users.

Purpose

To uniform and organize the generation, booking, maintenance and rendering of tax documents information generated in a single copy by Data Processing Electronic System. 

Delivery Term

In a term of 5 days, from notification receiving to files delivery.
