To generate DMSGOI:
1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
3. Fill out data according to field help
4. Note the following parameters:
Start / End Date? - Enter the initial and final dates for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction? - Enter the configuration file name, without the ".INI" extension. For this magnetic medium, enter the DMSGOI.
Target File? - There is no need to enter it. This normative instruction creates fixed name files in the following format:
999999AA.DMM, in which:
999999: number of the taxpayer's municipal registration entered in the Company Register, without the verifier digit. Example: 045887
AA: DMS Year Example: 06 (year 2006).
MM: DMS Month Example: 03 (march).
Target Directory? - Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved.
Ex: C:\DMS\
Select Branches? (available from version 8.11) - Enter whether you want to select branches to be processed. If you select No, only the current branch is considered. If you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.
The Invert Selection option allows the options not selected to be enabled, and the selected ones to be cleared, that is, inverts the previous selection.
5. Check parameters and confirm them.
The specific DMS -Goiania parameters are displayed.
E-mail? - Enter the service provider's e-mail.
Ex.: [email protected]
Use Invoice With No Fiscal Voucher? - Enter whether to use invoices without fiscal vouchers.
Form? - Enter the number of the last form used. Example: 6543211.
6. Check data and click OK to confirm.
