Generating DIM - São Luis MA (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

Requirements

Before generating DIM, DIM.INI configuration file must be in the \SYSTEM directory of Microsiga Protheus.

Procedures

To generate DIM - São Luis:

1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

3. Fill them out according to field help instructions.

Note the following parameters:

Start Date?

Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration's file name, without .INI extension. In this case, enter DIM.

Target File?

Enter the file name where the data are created.

Directory?

Enter the directory's name where the text file created is saved.

Select Branches?

Enter whether you want to select the branches or only the current branch.

4. After confirming the Normative Instructions' generic parameters, DIM specific parameters are displayed:

Company City Registration

Enter the taxpayer's municipal subscription number.

Version

Enter the DIM validator version. The current version is 5.60.01. Enter only the three first places, without the period. Example: 500.

5. Check data and confirm them.

DIM validator – São Luis does not overlay imports. Therefore, if the period's imports are already completed, delete the transactions before performing the new import.
