Generating Administrative Rule 35 - Joinville SC (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate the Administrative Rule no. 35:

1. Copy to the \SYSTEM directory (or correspondent) the configuration file PORT35SC.INI.

2. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

3. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

4. Fill out data according to field help instructions.

5. This routine's parameters feature self-explanatory completion; however, pay attention to the completion of the following data:

Start Date?

Enter the initial date of the quarter to be processed.

End Date?

Enter the final date of the quarter to be processed.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file's name, without .INI extension. In this case, enter PORT35SC.

Target File?

There is no need to enter it, as the system creates the digital files with the Decree specified names:

Where:

a) cccccccc-cccc-cc: CNPJ of business

b) aaaa: Reference Year

c) t: Quarter identifying digit

Directory?

Enter the directory's name to save the created text files. Example: C:\TXT\

6. Check data and confirm them.

The system returns to the routine description screen.

7. Confirm data again.
