Types of Generated Records
ISS Electronic Record separately imports the records of invoices generated (outflow) and invoices received (inflow). Therefore, the system generates two different magnetic files for each record.
Record Type P - Invoices Issued
For this record, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Records file, only from services outflow transactions.

Record Type T - Invoices Received
For this record, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Records file, only from services inflow transactions.

Complementary Information
DS file needs the code of activities the Taxpayer has, but the taxpayer can have more than one activity code, depending on the services provided by it. If service provider has more than one CNAE, it must be related to service provided, which means, registered in Table SB1 (Products File), CNAE field (B1_CNAE).
