To generate DES - Itatiba:
1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameter screen is displayed.
3. Fill out the parameters. Check out the following:
Start Date
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction
Enter the configuration file name, without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter DESITA.
Target File
There is no need to enter it. The routine creates specific files according to the example below:
Name of created file | Description |
DESP.txt | Electronic Statement of Rendered Services |
DEST.txt | Electronic Statement of Acquired Services |
Directory
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved.
Example: C\TXTS\
4. Check the parameters and confirm them to start processing.
