Approvers vs. Roles (FINA008 - SIGAFIN)

It defines the roles in the process of bordereau approval. For each role, the respective managers are chosen.

The active roles in the register are used for the composition of the approvers in the process of Approval Request.

Procedures

Adding:

1. Click Add.
2. The system displays the register screen.
3. Enter role in the field Role.
4. The field Active is as default in 1-Yes.
5. In Managers, add at least one Manager for the role, so you cannot register the same manager for the same role.
6. Check out the data. Click Save.

Editing:

1. Click the registered role, then Edit.
2. You can edit the field Active.
3. Click Save and Close.

Viewing:

1. Click the registered role.
2. Click View. Check the registered managers.
3. Click Close.
