CNAE (National Classification of Economic Activities) is a national standardization tool of economic activities codes and of placement criteria used by several Tax Administration agencies throughout the country.

The purpose is to store all possible classifications of economic activities related to entities involved in the system, such as: prospects, suspects and customers.



Procedures

To register a CNAE code in the CallCenter environment, folder Updates.

1. Click CNAE in Management of Contacts. Then, click Add or Edit (if there are records in the base):

The system displays add or edit screen.

2. In the headers, fill out code and CNAE description. In the items, add CNAE divisions that are under the same group of existing section.

3. Confirm it.


Important:

  • The CNAE field is available in the files of Customers, Suspects and Prospects, in the update screens.
