This routine registers groups to maker easier the identification of customers with similar features.
Customers groups can be used in several routines of Sales Scenario, where the decision about their inclusion in business rules, bonus rules, financial rewards, and visit restrictions will be determined. The groups are also used for building the customer structure, in a hierarchically pattern.
Procedures
To register customers groups:
1. In Customer Group, select Add.
The system displays the add screen.
2. Fill in the data according to help instructions.
3. Check the information and confirm it.
