Adicionar a funcionalidade que possibilita inserir o motivo e a justificativa ao alterar um processo encerrado no TOTVS Legal.

03. SOLUÇÃO

Criamos a funcionalidade que permite que o usuário altere um processo que já foi encerrado, através do TOTVS Legal. No momento da alteração será exibido um modal para inserir o motivo da alteração e a justificativa.
