Speaking of viewing document properties...
In this window, you can view the properties defined for the document when posting, the history of versions and reviews and their approvals or rejections, the users who have accessed the document, the documents that are related to it, as well as the documents to which it is related.
You can also perform certain actions from this window, such as restoring an older version, exporting access, and viewing the profile of users who have accessed the document, among others.
View document properties
01. Find the document to be viewed.
02. Click the link in the file name to open it.
03. Click on the option View properties.
You can see the document properties.
Properties
View the information configured in the document's General information tab.
Document version details
View the details of versions/reviews of the document. You can restore an older version of the document from that table. For more information, see the item View document properties.
Version/review of approval history
The details of the approvals and rejections for each version/review of the document.
Version accesses
List of users who have accessed the current version of the document, with the date and time of the first and last access.
Only the first thirty (30) users who have accessed the current version of the document are shown. To view all the users who have accessed the document in all of its versions, it is necessary to export them by using the option Click here, in the message at the bottom of the screen Version Accesses [9,999]. For more information, see the item View document properties.

What other documents are related to the viewed document.

What documents have the viewed document as a related document.
04. Click on Close – to close the document preview – or on Document actions and then on View document – to return to the document preview.
View old version of the document
01. In the Document version details table, find the old version of the document.
02. Click on the link over the number or the description of the version/review.
03. View the document with the content of the old version being displayed.
Restore older document version
01. In the Document version details table, find the old version of the document that you wish to restore.
02. Click on Restore, found in the Restore column and in the line representing the version that will be restored.
Clicking on this option creates a new version of the document with the content of the restored version.
You can also restore a document from the General Information tab of its properties. For more information, see Restore document version.
03. View the document with the content of the restored version.
Access profile of user who has accessed the document
01. In the Version accesses [9,999] table, find the user who has accessed the document for whom you wish to view the profile.
02. Click on the link over the user's name.

To return to the folder in which the document that was being viewed is posted after viewing the user profile, click on Back on the browser being used.
Export document accesses
01. In the Version accesses [9,999] table, click on Click here, located in the message displayed in its lower part.
When clicking on this option, the export process of the users who view the document in all its versions begins. After the export is completed, a warning appears in Notification Central containing a link to the spreadsheet generated with the information.
02. Click on the notifications icon on the top right corner of the window next to the user's name.
03. In the export notification, click on the link for the document that was generated.
04. View the hits that contain all the versions and users who have accessed the document.
The spreadsheet generated contains two tabs: one with information related to the hits of the document and another containing the parameters used for exporting, such as the authenticated user, and the data related to the document in question.
View document related to the document
01. In the Related document list table, find the related document to be viewed.
02. Click on the link over the number or the description of the related document.
03. View the content of the related document.
View document to which it is related
01. In the Document relationship table, find the document to which the viewed document is related.
02. Click on the link over the number or the description of the document to which the viewed document is related.
03. View the content of the document to which it is related.
Go back to document view
01. In the document properties view window, click on Document actions.
02. Click on View document.
The other existing options in Document actions are described in view document, since they are made on the document itself.
