Managerial View Association (CTBA130 - SIGACTB)

To make an association to Managerial View means that an accounting book must be first created ant then associated directly to the Managerial View. When associating printing of a report with the book configuration, the Managerial View will be printed.

Example:

Suppose the company ABC Electronic Circuits has a large chart of accounts and, for management purposes, has prepared a managerial view for its President. You must:

1. Register Managerial View

First create the Managerial View. Configuration criteria vary in accordance with the company's needs.

2. Register Book Configuration

A book must be created based on the following example:

Note the relationship between the account mask and the book. In this case, when requesting printing of the book, all ledger accounts in the Managerial View Register will use the associated accounting mask.

3. Model 1 Trial Balance Sheet Report

To print a report with the Panamanian Factory Management view, set parameters and answer the question Book Config. Code? with the number of related book.

4. Final Result - Trial Balance

Managerial View 001 will be printed on the Trial Balance.
