You can only edit annotations if their status is Annotation Pending.
Important
- You cannot add new calculation periods.
- You cannot add new balance types.
- You can add new annotation lines or edit annotations with a source field such as Manual.
- Enter at least one justification.
Procedures
- Select the calculation and click Edit Annotation
- The screen Project Contract Calculation Configuration is displayed.
- In Annotations, select the types and fill in the remaining fields in accordance with help instructions.
- Click Save.
- The message Record Editing Successful is displayed.
- Click Close.
