This option generates the records file, so it can be validated in PVA-SPED Accounting (SPED Bookkeeping Validation Program), available by Brazilian Income Revenue Service.
Procedures
To generate the records file:
1. In Bookkeeping Center, select the company or branch.
2. Select the recording and click Generate File.
A screen is displayed with the routine objective, click Next.
3. Click Next. Information about the selected recording is displayed.
4. Click Forward.
5. Enter the information to generate the file.
6. Click Finish.
