  • Financial Management View (FINA271 - SIGAFIN)

This register enables you to view the financial managerial views based on the Nature register, so you can add, view, edit and delete.

The Financial Managerial View makes the Financial Nature register more flexible, enabling the same information to be displayed in several different formats. Each Financial Managerial View corresponds to a different analysis of data in the company Financial department.

Through the Financial Managerial View, you can summarize the financial natures as follows:


Financial Nature Register

    • 1 - Salary
    • 2 – Health Care Plan
    • 3 - Benefits
    • 4 - Taxes
    • 5 - Duties


Financial Managerial View Register

    • 1 – HR – Sum of Employees and Duties.
    • 1.1 – Employees – Sum of (Salary, Health Care Plan and Benefits)
    • 1.2 – Duties – Sum of (Taxes and Duties)


Procedures

Creating a Summarized Managerial View:

1. Fill out the fields according to help.

2. Click Confirm.

The managerial view screen is displayed.

3. Click Add.

4. In the field Class, choose option Summarized. Fill out other fields as desired.

5. Check the data and click Confirm.


Creating a Detailed Managerial View:

  1. Select the desired Summarized register
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the field Class, choose option Detailed.
  4. Fill out parameters as desired.
  5. Check data and click Confirm.
