This routine allows registration of the checks collected. This control may(not) be linked to the write-off of the bills receivable where, by using the button Checks Collected, check data can be entered. When this information is presented, the system updates the Checks Collected File.

The system enables entry of check returns of item 01 and 02, with their respective occurrence and new presentation dates. These checks are highlighted in this routine, and also in Check Return, indicating if they were returned once or twice.


Important:

Note that the bill write-off is not edited in case of a check return.


Checks collected remain highlighted in the routine maintenance window, as follows:

 - Unreturned check

 - Check returned once

 - Check returned twice

 - Cleared check



Procedures

To add checks collected:

1. In the Checks Collected maintenance window, select Add.

The system displays the addition screen.

2. Fill in the data according to the field's help instructions.

3. Check the data and confirm addition.
