To activate the product category on the CiaShop E-Commerce Integration:

1. In Store Control, access Category.

2. Click Add and complete the following fields, according to instructions:

- Description: Enter a category Description. To complete this field, accentuation and lower case letters will be accepted.

- Superior Cat.: Enter the superior category code to it (Parent). If the edited category is a Parent category, keep the field blank.

- E-commerce Status: Enable to indicate if the category is submitted to CiaShop E-Commerce.

4. Check data and Confirm the registration.


Important:

  • If there is relationship between Categories X Products, the integration routine changes E-commerce status to Inactive. If a relationship is subsequently included, status is changed to Active.
  • If the Parent-Category has its E-commerce Status as inactive, deletion of Child-Categories is submitted.
