The Accounts Receivable routine controls all documents, also called bills, that generate income for the company. These bills can be: Trade Notes, Checks, Promissory Notes, Payments in Advance, Invoices, etc.

A bill can be added to the portfolio receivable automatically, if Invoicing is integrated with Financials, or manually, by entering the bills individually. This way, the system is able to perform commission process as long as the fields contained in Sales Representative File are previously defined.

The system stores information about bills receivable and their classes. Based on these data, the due taxes are generated.

When implementing a bill, the Customer balances and Cash Flow are updated, commissions to be paid by the issuing department are calculated (if Accounts Receivable) and the accounting is made through the parameters and the standardized entries.

Bills receivable can be generated in two ways:

Parameter Influence:

To use the resource that enables you to fill out issue, due and actual due dates of a deduction, with system database, instead of considering dates of the main bill, configure the parameter MV_RECDTAB.

To control whether the invoice to be generated must make up, in its value, the original bill interest when it is overdue, configure the parameter MV_JURFAT.

With integration of Easy Export Control, to calculate the monetary variation in the replacement of the interim bills by the effective bills and the write-off, it has to be configured in S, so that the export process is not converted to currency 1.

It defines whether to regard the gross partial write-off amount or the net amount plus taxes in the payment value. You may fill it out as:

1 – Gross Amount keeps as default that in which the value entered at write-off is the value received.

2 – Net Amount defines the tax deduction of value entered.

Enables handling of the following taxes: PIS, COFINS, CSLL and IRRF with tax calculation at write-off, with the contents of parameter MV_BR10925 at 1, and provisioning ISS and INSS when adding bills receivable. You may fill it out with:

1 – Enable handling of taxes in RA

2 – The process remains the same.

To view bill tracking, access the routine Query Financial Tracking.

If the Schedule routine and the Adapter EAI are configured, it is possible to integrate TIN (TOTVS Real Estate Enterprising) and Protheus to send and receive XML files, according to the XSD ractified by TOTVS®.
